Hey, I owned a world of warcraft account that got banned because I spent more time killing bad guys and gaining gold (and leveling up my character) than I did actually playing any quests aparently. My level 42 mage had 79 gold and was fully specd for fire. All of a sudden I get a message that my account was suspended for engaging in prohibited activity. I was told I was ?gold farming? which was prohibted. I got pissed and demanded the account be closed and I get a refund of my prepaid months, BUT WAS TOLD NO REFUBDS WERE DUE. What the heck..first my account gets suspended for doing something that you are supposed to do in the game, but to add insult to injury, they refuse to refund two months of prepaid balance?? I though a centrl tenet in contract law was the mutual ascent btwn both parties agreeing to exchange funds for good or services. If teh service provider voids the contractcan they refuse to refund teh funds, in esence, unjustly enriching themselves??

You should have fought the initial ?gold farming? charge, then quit. At least from there, you would have been in a position of a customer in good standing. By allowing them to hang the charge on you, you are a customer who was violating their Terms of Service.
