Village Academy is an independent Pre-K to grade 12 college preparatory school located in Powell, Ohio.? The School seeks a trained, detail-oriented, efficient, and collaborative person to serve as the full time Business and Finance Manager. ? Candidates should have a BA in accounting, at least three years experience in a senior financial management position or equivalent experience in non-profit accounting. Experience and success in a multi-national, multi-cultural setting and familiarity with independent schools would be preferred.? Leadership, interpersonal skills, and temperament should include the ability to work as a member of a team, strong and open communications, excellent planning and organizational abilities, and computer competency with accounting software is a necessity. The Business Manager is responsible for all accounting procedures and understands the importance of timely and accurate reporting in the administration and governance of a well-functioning school.
